The DIY Coordinator Package is designed to give you all the tools to plan the perfect event - yourself! I will provide you a list of vendors, venues, companies, and designers that fit your theme, goals and budget and leave the vetting and contracts up to you.

 

Also provided is the custom Wildflower Event Handbook, virtually a step by step plan and timeline to keep you on schedule and an all-encompassing working document with tabs outlined and formatted to help keep you organized. The Wildflower Event Handbook includes: budget, vendors, timeline, guest list, seating chart, thank you notes, and schedules for the week and day of to keep you from asking, "what am I missing?"

 

Day of coordination includes; enforcing of the schedule we create or reviewed together, ensuring vendors show up and everything is correct to the standards I've been given and within my control, set up is on schedule and complete.

This package includes: 

  • 1-2 in person local meetings. This includes vendor meetings, venue walk-thru, and planning sessions. Phone and email meetings can also be arranged more frequently.

  • The Wildflower Handbook, custom event plan and organizer

  • 1-hour of leading the wedding rehearsal and day-of coordination. 

  • Week of confirmation with all vendors 

  • 4 hours of day of coordination, includes venue set up, vendor management and breakdown**.

  • If timing conflicts of with ability to coordinate ceremony and reception setup an additional fee will be required for additional staff to complete.

 


EXTRAS:

  • Tear-down: $250

  • Additional Coordinators: $$ Based on availability

*Does not include travel fees. Any trips required by me are subject to a fee to account for gas and time. This price is based on current gas prices and total mileage of the trip. These fees will be shared prior to meeting and a total will be provided the week of the wedding. Travel fees go into effect if the location is over 30 miles from my home.

This is put into place to protect myself, as to be able to uphold my commitment to you but with locations of venues and some vendors may require repeated travel and in turn exceed feasibility for me.
