This option is step-by-step assistance. I will help you make plans from start to finish. The Full Wedding Experience Package also comes complete with day-of coordination as well, to make sure all of your plans are carried out smoothly and you get to focus on the only important thing happening that day, marrying the love of your life.

 

In detail, this mean I will use the system I created with the Wildflower Wedding handbook system and to help you plan each detail of your wedding. From engagement photos, save the dates, vendor relationships, wedding showers, rehearsal dinner, reception and day of assistance - as well as any other needs that may arise.

We will kick off our partnership with an in-person meeting​ to get to know each other and the goals of your wedding day and the type of experience you want to have.

Once I have an idea of what you are looking for and I have your budget, I will do a forecast and use this to provide you a list of vendors within your price range that I can guide you through selections making selections.

 

From there on out I will also facilitate the relationship between you and them, but all contracts will be signed and paid for directly by the couple. This also includes attending your meetings*, unless you prefer to do this on your own.

In conjunction with mapping out vendors and confirming details I will be helping you with all the steps leading up to the wedding. This includes save the dates, invites, websites, registries, showers, honeymoon planning, and other items that pop up along the way.

 

This package is designed to take all the stress of planning off your plate and allow you to become the decision maker. I will present your ideas, and you decide what you want to do with them. I will also be the one to help you put out fires, manage expectations and make sure when you wake up on your wedding day, you only have one job - enjoying every second of your day! It goes by way too fast and every bride should enjoy every bit of the day.

This package includes: 

• 3-4 in person local meetings. This includes vendor meetings, venue walk-thru, and planning sessions.

• The Wildflower Wedding Handbook, custom wedding plan and organizer

• Week of confirmation with all vendors

• 1-hour of leading the wedding rehearsal and day-of coordination. 

• 8-hours of day of coordination, includes ceremony coordination, venue set up, vendor management and breakdown**.

  • If timing conflicts of with ability to coordinate ceremony and reception setup an additional fee will be required for additional staff to complete.

*Does not include travel fees. Any trips required by me are subject to a fee to account for gas and time. This price is based on current gas prices and total mileage of the trip. These fees will be shared prior to meeting and a total will be provided the week of the wedding. Travel fees go into effect if the location is over 30 miles from my home.

This is put into place to protect myself, as to be able to uphold my commitment to you but with locations of venues and some vendors may require repeated travel and in turn exceed feasibility for me.
