FULL EVENT COORDINATION

Looking to kick-off a large event but not sure where or how to start? This could be anything from a large corporate outing, charity fundraiser or wedding shower. We can help you design the most efficient and enjoyable event from kickoff to wrap up.

This package is step-by-step assistance. I will help you make plans from start to finish. The Complete Event Coordination Package also comes with day-of coordination as well, to make sure all of your plans are carried out smoothly and you get to focus on being present and enjoying your hard work.

 

In detail, this mean I will use the Wildflower System and timeline I've created and executed to help you plan each detail of your event. From date selection, guest lists, themes, invites, website, selections and vendors accompanied with day of assistance - as well as any other needs that may arise.

We will kick off our partnership with an in-person meeting​ to get to know each other, the goals of your event and the type of experience you want to have.

 

Once I have an idea of what you are looking for and I have your budget and key details, I will do a forecast and use this to provide you a list of vendors and suggestions within your price range. From there I will guide you through making selections.

 

From there on out I will also facilitate the relationship between you and them, but all contracts will be signed and paid for directly by you. This also includes attending your meetings*, unless you prefer to do this on your own.

In conjunction with mapping out vendors and confirming details I will be helping you with all the steps leading up to the event.

 

This package is designed to take all the stress of planning off your plate, and allow you to become the decision maker. I will present your ideas, and you decide what you want to do with them.

 

I will also be the one to help you put out fires, manage expectations and make sure when the event kicks off you get to be present and enjoy.

This package includes: 

  • 3-4 in person local meetings. This includes vendor meetings, venue walk-thru, and planning sessions.

  • The Wildflower Handbook, custom event plan and organizer

  • Week of confirmation with all vendors

  • 6-hours of day of coordination, venue set up, overseeing events, vendor management and breakdown**.

 Extras:

  • Tear-down: $250

  • Additional Coordinators: $$ Based on availability

 

*Does not include travel fees. Any trips required by me are subject to a fee to account for gas and time. This price is based on current gas prices and total mileage of the trip. These fees will be shared prior to meeting and a total will be provided the week of the wedding. Travel fees go into effect if the location is over 30 miles from my home.

This is put into place to protect myself, as to be able to uphold my commitment to you but with locations of venues and some vendors may require repeated travel and in turn exceed feasibility for me.
